Limitation of Liability
KTONIC, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if KTONIC, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Typographical Errors
In the event that a KTONIC, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, description or any other information, KTONIC, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. KTONIC, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KTONIC, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy
We offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on all our products.
A restocking fee up to 30% may be applied to any item that you are returning to KTONIC, INC. The restocking fee is a percentage of the total purchase price of an item. All the refuse packages are subject to be charge 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card with which you ordered the product, and you will receive notification once the transaction has occurred.
If the product you receive is not what you ordered you must contact us upon recognizing the error so that we can replace the item in a timely manner, restocking fee will be applied.
If the product has a manufacturing defect please let us know right away since you are entitled to a defect free product. We will identify the problem and send you a replacement. Do not attempt to fix the item yourself. You may cause unintended damage which will void the warranty.
We do not accept returns after 30 days. We do not accept returns without a RGA number as instructed below.

Return Procedures
Complete RGA Request form within 15 days of receiving the product to get a RGA number. Please do not mail back the product without receiving a RGA number. You will be provided with instructions as to how to ship back the unwanted merchandise. All returns must be in a fully resalable condition - including all packaging and package inserts. If in "open box" condition a repackaging fee may be assessed. You must ship the item within 2 business days after receiving the RGA number.
